PH Heritage – Vehicle Hire Terms & Conditions (Summary)
1. Vehicle Hire Basis

All vehicles are supplied on a short-term lease basis for the agreed hire period. The hirer is granted exclusive use of the vehicle subject to these terms and the signed lease agreement.

2. Eligibility

Drivers must meet our eligibility requirements, which include minimum age, driving licence validity, and acceptable driving history. Full details will be confirmed prior to booking.

3. Insurance

                        Insurance is not included in the hire fee.
The hirer must arrange fully comprehensive insurance prior to handover, covering the specific vehicle for the full hire period. The policy must name the hirer as the main driver and list PH Heritage Limited as the vehicle owner. Proof of insurance is required before the vehicle will be released.

4. Mileage

Each hire includes a defined mileage allowance of 150 miles, agreed in advance unless agreed otherwise. Excess mileage may be charged in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement.

5. Vehicle Care & Use

The hirer agrees to take all reasonable care of the vehicle and to use it responsibly and lawfully at all times. The vehicle must not be used for motorsport, track use, or any prohibited activity.

6. Condition & Damage

The vehicle condition will be recorded at handover. The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage occurring during the hire period, fair wear and tear excepted, subject to the terms of their insurance.

7. Collection & Return

Vehicles must be collected and returned at the agreed location and time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

8. Termination

PH Heritage Limited reserves the right to terminate a hire immediately if the vehicle is used in breach of these terms or the lease agreement.

9. Governing Law

All hires are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
