Driver Requirements: Minimum age 30, full UK licence held for 10+ years, maximum 3 penalty points.
Payment & Deposit: Full payment and deposit due 24hrs before hire. Deposit refunded within 7 working days after inspection.
Insurance: Fully insured by PH Heritage, included in hire fee. Hirer responsible for excess or uninsured damage.
Mileage & Fuel: 150 miles/day included. Extra mileage charged. Return with same fuel level.
Usage Rules: No track, off-road, or drifting use. International use only by prior written agreement.
Vehicle Condition: Must be returned clean and undamaged. Deductions may apply for excess dirt, late returns, fuel shortfall, or lost keys.
Cancellations: No refunds within 24hrs of start time.
Law: Governed by the laws of England & Wales.
